Development Project) wishes to recruit for the following two
positions:

TRAVELLER MEN’S HEALTH WORKER (PART TIME)
6 HRS PER WEEK BASED IN WATERFORD CITY. HOURLY RATE: €**APPLY ON THE
WEBSITE** PER HOUR. PERMANENT POSITION SUBJECT TO ONGOING FUNDING.
The roles aim is to Support the delivery of the Traveller Men’s
Health Programme (TMHP) in Waterford City through engaging with
Traveller men to improve their overall health and wellbeing through
health focused programmes and initiatives with a specific emphasis on
areas such as Cardiovascular Health, Cancer Screening, Mental Health
and Suicide Awareness. flexibility will be required with regards to
evening & weekend work on occasion.
The successful candidate will work closely with the and current
Traveller Men’s Health Project Team and ongoing support and training
will be provided.

Traveller men to improve their overall health and wellbeing through
health focused programmes and initiatives with a specific emphasis on
areas such as Cardiovascular Health, Cancer Screening, Mental Health
and Suicide Awareness. flexibility will be required with regards to
evening & weekend work on occasion.
The worker will be based from our office in Dungarvan town. The
successful candidate will work closely with the Dungarvan Health
Project coordinator and Health Project Team and ongoing support and
training will be provided.
